We strive to ensure the information on our site is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason at our sole discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in MYR and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via Bank Transfer or QR Pay. Payment must be received in full before your order is shipped.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping to Malaysia and Singapore. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
5. Returns & Refunds
All items sold is not subjected to return or refund except for damaged items.
All requests for replacement due to item is damaged must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of received of the parcel, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be accepted or processed.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
